Michael Burgess, owner of TMR Automotive Repair has loved cars all his life he and his younger brother Brian grew up — driving them, working on them and learning how to fix them. After spending twenty-five years working at other people’s shops he decided to open his own. Michael wanted to create an environment where only the best, most well-trained technicians are employed and customer service is king. Brian Burgess who was also working in the same field with excellent customer service skills and mechanical ability was a natural fit to enhance the customer experience.
Wanting to finally shoot down the old stereotype that car repair shops are dishonest, Michael created TMR Automotive Repair in 2011 and due to diligence, respect and top-notch know-how, it quickly blossomed into a full-service shop offering the residents of Norwich the very best in automotive repair and maintenance.

The shop is on the corner of Route 12 (Norwich Ave) and Hunters Road in Norwich. The new location is around a mile north of the old one. And located on the left side of the street.
